The service we received from them was second to none! During the viewings both Andy (the garage owner) and Richard (head mechanic) were very informative, courteous, and above all approachable.
We had identified a number of small issues with the motorhome during our viewings, and so we listed them all down and asked for everything to be fixed as part of the sale. We also requested a full vehicle service & habitation check, which the garage perform as standard on all sales; and then as a final sweetener we asked for a gas bottle, electric hook-up lead, and bike rack to be added in with the sale price.
Andy & Richard agreed to everything, and within three days Big Brig was ready for us to collect!
